Peanut Dipping Sauce

Awesome, plain and simple. Adapted from Robin Robertson's Some Like It Hot, a favorite cookbook of mine that I've just learned from the author is actually out of print. You could still dig up a copy from the library, but Robin tells me she has a brand new version out called Vegan Fire & Spice. 4 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon agave syrup
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 to 2 teaspoons chili paste

In a small bowl, blend the peanut butter with a two tablespoons of water. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Adjust the ingredients to taste; add more water, if necessary, to achieve the desired consistency.
